We deliver worldwide. All items are shipped through preferred.

India ~ 7 – 14 working days.
All other countries ~ 10 – 14 working days

For deliveries to countries outside of the India there may be additional duties and fees. These must be paid by you. Please contact your local authorities for more information on such applicable customs duties and fees.

As soon as your order leaves our studio, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Not a perfect match? All our Dresses are made to order, and quality checked before shipping, So we cannot accept Returns or Refunds.
But we do standby our products and will do as much as we can to help you in case any abnormal issues arises .

Just send us an email with your name, your order and we will get in touch with you.

All products must be returned unworn, in a 100% re-saleable condition and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Underwear cannot be returned. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender. Shipping costs for the returned parcel must be paid by the customer. Please contact us for any issues.

In case of an accepted return your money will be refunded within two working days. Shipping costs will be refunded, too. We will be in touch throughout the return process to make it as easy for you as possible.
